Sessions last for 50 minutes except for couples and EMDR lasting 60-70 minutes.

Concessionary rates are available for key workers, students and those with low incomes £45 per session. Limited daytime availability.

I am registered with BUPA, Nuffield Health, AXA Health, Vitality and Aviva. Please note that some insurance companies do not offer couples therapy or EMDR.

Payment

I require pre-payment for all initial consultations at the time of booking. Once payment is received, your initial appointments will be confirmed. Payment will be refunded if 24 hour notice is given.

Once we have agreed to work together, I ask that my clients pay for each session in advance via direct bank transfer or online card payment.

An invoice and receipt will be provided via email.

Cancellation

If you are unable to make an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to find an alternative slot in the same week to accommodate you, although this might not always be possible. I reserve the right to charge for unattended or cancelled sessions with less than 48 hour notice.
